Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor the loading and unloading of air cargo shipments.
- Ensure strict adherence to aviation safety protocols and security regulations.
- Verify shipment documentation for accuracy, including airway bills and customs declarations.
- Operate ground support equipment and handle cargo in accordance with operational procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with ground handling teams, pilots, and logistics coordinators.
- Monitor temperature-sensitive or hazardous cargo in compliance with airline standards.
- Report any irregularities or damage immediately to ensure high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level/ITE certificate or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be physically fit to perform manual handling tasks and shift work.
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Basic proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
