In this critical role, you will serve as the central point of contact for maintenance planning, bridging the gap between operational demands and technical execution.
Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive maintenance forecasts, coordinating heavy checks (A, B, C, D), managing airworthiness directive compliance, and ensuring seamless parts availability. You will use advanced CMMS software to track work progress, generate reports, and identify optimization opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include liaising with regulatory authorities, managing technical records, and leading planning meetings to ensure alignment across all departments. The ideal candidate has a strong background with an MRO or airline maintenance department, deep knowledge of aircraft systems, and a relentless drive for efficiency without compromising safety.

- Develop, coordinate, and optimize daily, weekly, and long-term aircraft maintenance schedules to ensure maximum operational readiness.
- Manage the full lifecycle of work orders from creation to close-out, ensuring full compliance with CAAP, FAA, and EASA regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality control, logistics, and line maintenance teams to prioritize and plan maintenance tasks.
- Analyze maintenance data and trends to forecast resource requirements including manpower, tooling, and spare parts.
- Oversee compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs), coordinating necessary actions and documentation.
- Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with accurate aircraft, engine, and component records.
- Support the preparation of annual maintenance budgets and monitor costs to ensure efficient operation.
- Generate performance and reliability reports for management, identifying areas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance planning or a similar role within an MRO, airline, or corporate flight department.
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, regulations (CAAP Part 145, FARs, EASA), and planning processes.
- Proven proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., Trax, AMOS, CAMP, Maintenance Director) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure operational environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
- Relevant certification (Aircraft Maintenance License, CAAP AMT, Project Management Professional) is highly preferred.
