Secure Equipment Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Aviation Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic engineering team in Pasay City. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, documentation, and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure our fleet meets the highest safety and regulatory standards. You will bridge the gap between technical maintenance teams and operational scheduling, ensuring maximum aircraft availability without compromising on precision or compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive long-term and short-term aviation maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with CAAP (Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines) and international safety regulations.
- Monitor and track aircraft component service intervals, engine hours, and airframe cycles.
- Coordinate closely with hangar leads, parts procurement teams, and flight operations to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance documentation, including technical logs, work orders, and historical maintenance records.
- Prepare accurate reporting on fleet readiness and planned maintenance budget utilization.
- Participate in technical audits and inspections, ensuring all paperwork is audit-ready and accurate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an aviation maintenance planning or logistics role.
- Strong understanding of aircraft technical manuals (AMM, IPC) and maintenance program requirements.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or aviation-specific ERP software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail for data integrity.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating between technical teams and management.
- Knowledge of EASA or FAA regulatory requirements is a distinct advantage.
