You will be responsible for developing comprehensive maintenance schedules, managing work orders, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed in compliance with strict aviation safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed aircraft maintenance schedules and plans based on manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables to prevent operational delays.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international aviation safety regulations, including FAA/EASA standards.
- Review and prioritize incoming work orders to allocate resources efficiently across multiple aircraft.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential maintenance hazards.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to coordinate repairs and specialized services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a related technical field.
- FAA or EASA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation maintenance planning or aircraft maintenance management.
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, and standard maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP, Maximo, or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
