Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the preparation and timely dispatch of essential flight documentation for flight crews.
- Coordinate ground handling activities to ensure smooth aircraft turnarounds and adherence to scheduling.
- Provide premium porter services, including the careful handling, loading, and delivery of luggage and specialized cargo.
- Monitor and update flight status information accurately within our internal tracking systems.
- Collaborate with ground staff and flight crew to maintain strict safety and security protocols on the tarmac.
- Conduct equipment checks and assist in ramp operations to ensure compliance with aviation safety standards.
- Resolve any last-minute logistical issues during the dispatch process to prevent delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Diploma in Aviation Management/Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Prior experience in aviation ground handling, logistics, or a warehouse environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support 24/7 flight operations.
- Physically fit to handle luggage and cargo equipment as part of daily operational duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
