Tanggung Jawab
- Operate X-ray and CT scanning machinery to detect prohibited items, weapons, and dangerous materials in baggage and cargo.
- Conduct manual passenger searches and bag inspections, strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor security checkpoints effectively to maintain high security standards and ensure smooth passenger flow.
- Identify and report any security anomalies or potential threats to the Supervising Officer immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, explaining screening procedures clearly and courteously.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Participate in mandatory security drills, emergency response training, and team briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Eligibility: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- License: Possession of a valid Singaporean driver’s license is preferred.
- Health: Physically fit with good eyesight (corrective lenses acceptable) and normal color vision.
- Experience: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Communication: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Clean Record: Must have no criminal record or pending court cases.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
