- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise accounts in the A2P messaging space
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategies
- Provide regular updates on account performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional development
- Ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings to drive long-term partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship roles
- Proven track record of revenue growth and client retention in the A2P messaging or technology sector
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams or mentoring junior professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the A2P messaging industry and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
