Alliance Bank is seeking a highly skilled and strategic AVP, Application Services - Finance & Treasury to lead our technology initiatives within the finance division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of critical systems including the Data Warehouse (DWH) and Enterprise Information System (EIS). You will drive digital transformation, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across treasury operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-life cycle management of Finance and Treasury applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of the Data Warehouse (DWH) and ETL processes to support accurate financial reporting.
- Manage application support teams to ensure high availability and rapid resolution of system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security standards across all application services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and analysts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance-related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT, specifically within Banking, Finance, or Treasury sectors.
- Strong expertise in Data Warehouse concepts, ETL tools, and SQL.
- Proven experience in managing Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) or similar ERP modules.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale technical projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
