Tanggung Jawab
- System Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable AI models and systems to support investment processes, ensuring high performance and accuracy in real-time scenarios.
- Data Processing: Clean, process, and transform large-scale raw data into structured formats suitable for model training and inference.
- Model Iteration & Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize existing models to improve predictive power and reduce latency in live trading environments.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with portfolio managers and quantitative researchers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring robust monitoring, maintenance, and scalability.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Deep Learning to innovate and apply new techniques to investment problems.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in applied AI, Machine Learning, or Quantitative Research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with extensive experience in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, asset pricing models, or algorithmic trading strategies is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive robust solutions from unstructured data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
