Citco is seeking a talented Assistant Vice President, Client Services to support our growing Real Assets division, serving some of the most sophisticated institutional investors and private equity clients globally.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients invested in real estate, infrastructure, and alternative assets. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication, resolve complex queries, and drive client satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams including operations, fund accounting, and compliance, you will orchestrate flawless service delivery and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with a designated portfolio of institutional clients invested in real assets
- Serve as primary escalation point for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with fund operations, accounting, and compliance teams to ensure accurate NAV calculations and reporting
- Prepare and present client performance reports, portfolio updates, and quarterly business reviews
- Facilitate capital call and distribution processes in coordination with fund managers and investors
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and recommend process improvements
- Support client onboarding and transition activities for new real assets mandates
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in real assets servicing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CA) preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client services, fund administration, or institutional asset management
- Solid understanding of real estate, infrastructure, or private equity fund structures and operations
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results in a service-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English; additional Asian languages advantageous
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting systems
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
