Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact frontend solutions using modern web technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and backend engineers, to translate business requirements into intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
- Architect and maintain reusable component libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed up development cycles.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code reviews, and continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensure accessibility standards (WCAG), and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
- Stay abreast of emerging frontend trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions that give GIC a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in frontend development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management patterns (Redux, MobX, NgRx).
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite), testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
