Join Ambition Group Singapore as an AVP, Operational Risk Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our Wealth Management operations across APAC. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, assess, and document operational risks within Wealth Management APAC operations
- Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies and control frameworks
- Conduct regular risk assessments and control testing for Singapore/Hong Kong markets
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare executive risk reports
- Collaborate with business units to embed risk management in daily operations
- Ensure compliance with MAS, HKMA, and other regulatory requirements
- Lead risk incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain and enhance operational risk policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of operational risk experience in banking/financial services
- FRM, PRM, or equivalent professional certification required
- Deep understanding of Wealth Management risk frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance (MAS/HKMA)
- Strong analytical skills with risk assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in risk management systems (e.g., SAP GRC, Murex)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
