Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in platform engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in enterprise service management platforms and technologies.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
