- Lead production support operations for enterprise-critical financial systems with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Design and implement automation frameworks for incident resolution and monitoring
- Drive root cause analysis for complex system outages and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and release management
- Mentor and develop a team of support engineers through technical leadership
- Establish and enforce operational procedures for change management and disaster recovery
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for performance and cost-efficiency
- Represent technology group in cross-functional strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in production support with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Proven experience with monitoring systems (Datadog, Nagios, Prometheus)
- Strong background in incident management frameworks (ITIL, DevOps)
- Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Financial services or high-frequency trading industry experience
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
