Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to drive retail banking growth and market penetration.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from market research and conceptualization to launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training curriculum for frontline retail staff on new products, compliance, and service excellence.
- Monitor product performance metrics and conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to ensure regulatory adherence and smooth implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing leadership and guidance to the sales force to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Ensure all training materials are updated to reflect the latest banking policies, technological advancements, and customer service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in retail banking, with a proven track record in product management and/or training delivery.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore retail banking landscape, including regulatory frameworks and competitive trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex product data into actionable sales strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring team members to achieve professional excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
