Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the reporting function for the A2P messaging business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and standardization of all financial data
- Develop and implement robust financial reporting systems and processes to support business decision-making
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and control processes to ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate complex financial data into clear, concise reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Mentor and develop a team of financial reporting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting and budget control, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and financial analysis techniques
- Experience in the telecommunications or messaging industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
