- Lead end-to-end implementation of portfolio management platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture
- Drive operational readiness and stakeholder adoption through rigorous change management protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish governance frameworks for portfolio implementation including compliance checks and performance metrics
- Facilitate vendor management and technology integration for third-party solutions
- Monitor implementation outcomes and continuously optimize processes for efficiency and scalability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, project implementation, or enterprise transformation roles
- Proven expertise in managing complex technology implementations within financial services or investment management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with ability to influence C-level executives
- Knowledge of investment portfolio systems, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance
