- Lead and mentor a team of treasury operations professionals to achieve operational excellence and performance targets
- Design and implement robust compliance frameworks ensuring adherence to local and international banking regulations
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of treasury functions
- Oversee cash management, liquidity forecasting, and funding operations to optimize working capital
- Develop and maintain risk management protocols for market, credit, and operational exposures
- Collaborate with business units to align treasury strategies with corporate growth objectives
- Automate and streamline treasury processes using digital transformation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (ACMA, CFA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of treasury operations experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of banking regulations, Basel III/IV, and AML/KYC compliance requirements
- Proven track record in leading process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in treasury management systems (e.g., Murex, Oracle FSCM) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial modeling skills with ability to develop liquidity and capital adequacy projections
