PERSOL is seeking a visionary and strategic AVP/VP of IT Infrastructure to lead our technical operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust network and server infrastructure that supports our business objectives and drives digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations while overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of critical infrastructure projects.

You will be expected to define the IT roadmap, ensure high availability and security of all systems, and mentor a team of engineers. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of complex network and server environments.
- Oversee network architecture, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and operating system administration to support business applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT infrastructure strategies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity compliance for all systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior engineers and system administrators.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for infrastructure procurement and technical support.
- Monitor system health and implement proactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an AVP, VP, or Director level IT Infrastructure professional.
- Strong hands-on expertise in network engineering (BGP, OSPF, VLANs) and server administration (Windows Server, Linux).
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, VCP, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, project delivery, and vendor management.
