Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary interface between the Developer Experience (DevEx) team and the PMO/Finance functions.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring technical initiatives meet predefined budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budget allocation for large-scale technology programs.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks that improve transparency and accountability within the Technology Group.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding project health and financial variance.
- Drive continuous improvement in resource planning and capacity management for technical teams.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in project management, specifically within the financial services or technology sector.
- Proven expertise in PMO operations, including budget management and cost-benefit analysis.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern Developer Experience paradigms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in enterprise financial management software and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
