Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure and related services to ensure maximum uptime.
- Implement and configure new AWS features, integrations, and service enhancements to support ongoing platform growth.
- Monitor system performance proactively to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs and architectural diagrams.
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Ensure all cloud environments adhere to strict security best practices and corporate compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Support, Systems Administration, or AWS Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in core AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Route53, and IAM.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Possession of AWS Certifications (e.g., SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect) is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with global stakeholders.
