Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct needs analysis with potential clients to determine their financial goals and requirements.
- Promote and sell AXA life insurance and investment products to families and individuals.
- Provide personalized product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients.
- Schedule and manage client meetings, both online and offline.
- Build and maintain a strong network of leads and referrals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and AXA product offerings to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education (or related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
