Maroonz Advanced Global Solutions (MZAGS) Inc is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our elite maintenance team in Manila. As a B1 Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the airworthiness, reliability, and safety of our fleet. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform line and base maintenance tasks in strict accordance with Approved Maintenance Data (AMD).
- Execute troubleshooting on mechanical and structural aircraft systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Complete mandatory inspections and modifications as per manufacturer directives and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented in technical logs and maintenance tracking systems.
- Supervise junior technicians and assist in the technical training of support staff.
- Monitor and maintain ground support equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized hangar environment adhering to health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Valid CAAP B1 Aircraft Maintenance License (or equivalent ICAO recognized license).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a B1 Technician.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA/CAAP regulations and safety management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
