Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate client account records and comprehensive sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate smooth B2B operations and timely deal closures.
- Prepare and distribute regular performance reports, summaries, and business correspondence.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing account support to ensure retention.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications to ensure client satisfaction and query resolution.
- Organize and archive sales-related files, contracts, and project materials for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the administration of CRM tools to track sales activities and pipeline progress.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or B2B support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM knowledge.
