- Execute outbound cold calls to targeted B2B and B2C prospect lists.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure they meet our business criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities within our CRM system.
- Research target companies and individuals to personalize outreach and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule discovery calls and demonstrations.
- Manage referral programs and follow up on warm leads promptly.
- Provide feedback on market trends and common prospect objections to help improve our sales scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong research abilities with a sharp eye for identifying decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain a high level of activity while ensuring quality in every interaction.
- Self-motivated with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding activity-based KPIs.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and resilience in the face of rejection.
