- Lead and mentor a team of B2B collections specialists to achieve monthly collection targets
- Develop and implement collection strategies for high-value commercial accounts
- Analyze aging reports and payment trends to identify risk mitigation opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable coaching for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all collection activities
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, delinquency rates, and process efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B collections experience with 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding collection targets in commercial environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and collection management software
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle complex payment arrangements
- Experience training and developing team members on credit policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Philippine commercial laws and debt collection regulations
