Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new B2B sales leads through market research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate product solutions effectively to key decision-makers and corporate stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback on market trends to senior management.
  • Attend industry networking events to represent the company and expand our professional footprint.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive "hunter" mentality with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or public-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and learn new product verticals.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple accounts.
