  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with B2B clients including restaurants, hotels, and distributors
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations tailored to client needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence to the sales team
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales with minimum 2 years in food/beverage or FMCG industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate product value propositions
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
