As a field-based ambassador, you'll conduct regular client visits to understand market needs, present tailored product solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with B2B clients including restaurants, hotels, and distributors
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Prepare and present product demonstrations tailored to client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence to the sales team
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B field sales with minimum 2 years in food/beverage or FMCG industry
- Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate product value propositions
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
