Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and digital networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and initial discovery to proposal submission and final contract closure.
- Conduct professional virtual and phone-based presentations to showcase product value propositions to key decision-makers.
- Maintain a high volume of daily sales activities to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies and refine sales collateral.
- Keep accurate and updated records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, tele-sales, or inside sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the resilience to handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
