Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-volume cold outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers within the specified regions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they match our ideal customer profile.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive CRM database with accurate prospect information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and demonstrate products or services.
- Analyze campaign metrics and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (experience with AUS/US/UK/CA markets is a plus).
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Strong research skills and the ability to navigate the web effectively.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently.
- Able to work in the Philippines (Manila) and adhere to business hours or shift schedules.
