Are you a high-performing sales leader with a deep understanding of the LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and retail logistics landscape? Samudera Caraka Jasa is looking for a dynamic B2B Logistics Sales Leader to drive our market expansion in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our logistics solutions, tasked with cultivating high-value partnerships and spearheading our growth strategy.

We are seeking a strategic closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to translate complex logistical needs into value-driven solutions. You will work closely with retail chains, large-scale UMKM, and major distributors to optimize their supply chain efficiency while expanding our market footprint.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to penetrate the LTL and retail logistics markets.
  • Proactively conduct cold calling, networking, and field visits to build a robust pipeline of prospective enterprise clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the UMKM and retail sectors.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts for senior management.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing high-value accounts to drive retention and upselling.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B logistics or supply chain sales.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and retail distribution landscape.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth team in Jakarta Selatan.
