Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand the reach of our lending services.
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B partners, including fintech companies, e-commerce platforms, and retail giants.
  • Lead contract negotiations and structure mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
  • Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with our operational teams.
  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs and conduct regular business reviews to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design co-branded campaigns and integrated financial solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to strengthen our market position.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or account management, ideally within the lending or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex partnership deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable business strategy.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian financial services and lending market landscape.
