- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for Wise Business across key Asian markets
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and market gaps

- Manage and mentor a regional marketing team to achieve performance targets
- Collaborate with sales, product, and regional leadership to align marketing initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in fintech or financial services marketing within Asia
- Expertise in developing localized marketing strategies for diverse Asian markets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one major Asian language
