Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound sales calls and emails to prospects to generate qualified leads
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through professional communication
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working night shifts
- Philippines citizenship or valid work authorization required
- Prior call center or telemarketing experience is a plus
