Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound sales calls to international B2B prospects to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls while ensuring quality and professional communication.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients through consultative selling techniques.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively address client inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, telemarketing, or high-volume lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong resilience and the ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Bridgetowne, Quezon City office.
