Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and optimize lead generation efforts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or Software Solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on win-win outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a high level of energy and drive.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for client meetings in Selangor).
