Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze B2B sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline lead management and CRM data hygiene.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecast reports for senior management to support strategic planning.
- Optimize operational workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve sales cycle efficiency.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine pricing and positioning strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new sales incentive programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong ability to visualize data using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience in the retail or membership club industry is a significant advantage.
