Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients across fragrance application sectors
- Develop and execute targeted canvassing strategies for bar soap, personal care, and industrial markets
- Present fragrance solutions through product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key decision-makers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D team to customize fragrance solutions for client needs
- Track sales performance against KPIs and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemistry, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, chemicals, or fragrance industry
- Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- In-depth knowledge of Magelang regional market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
