- Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies seeking Data & AI expertise.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality tech candidates through networking and headhunting.
- Conduct professional meetings with key stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and business strategy.
- Provide expert market intelligence to clients regarding talent availability and salary trends.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and revenue targets.
- Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with both clients and talent professionals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, specifically within Data Science, Analytics, and AI.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
