Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new B2B client opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and distribution sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across industries
- Present and demonstrate company's logistics solutions through customized proposals
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid Indonesian driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
