Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong B2B client relationships through regular communication and account management
- Present product information and solutions to business clients with precision and professionalism
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG or agriculture sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with business clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Knowledge of local Bandung market is advantageous
