Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads within the target market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the packaging, printing, or corporate gift industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
