Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in the fashion retail sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners
- Present fashion collections and negotiate contracts with retail buyers
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts and track performance against targets
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in fashion/apparel industry
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian fashion retail landscape
- Ability to travel for client meetings and trade shows
