Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective merchants.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing and merchant onboarding.
- Maintain a high volume of daily activities including calls, meetings, and pipeline management in our CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, fintech regulations, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams to optimize sales strategies.
