As our B2B Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for cultivating new partnerships and maintaining strong client relationships. In this role, you will be empowered to manage your pipeline strategically, ensuring our services reach the right target audience while maintaining the highest standard of service delivery. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to identify and acquire new B2B business opportunities.
  • Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations to prospective corporate clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and final agreement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads and ensure accurate reporting through our internal CRM.
  • Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to pivot strategies effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding activity-based sales targets.
  • High level of professional maturity, integrity, and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
