Giftassembly.Co is looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive (Hunter Role) to join our team and spearhead our business development efforts. As a leading provider of premium corporate gift solutions, we are seeking a results-oriented professional who thrives on acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. In this position, you will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, identifying high-potential leads and converting them into long-term business partnerships.
Your primary responsibility will be to execute effective hunter sales strategies, including cold calling, email prospecting, and strategic networking. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, demonstrating our high-quality custom gift products and tailoring solutions to meet corporate needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking events.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing and account onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Track and analyze sales activities using CRM software to optimize future strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in hunter roles.
- Previous experience selling corporate gifts, promotional products, or similar B2B solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to travel within the region to meet clients and attend business networking events.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
