Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct active market research and canvassing to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Medan Johor area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients to ensure high customer retention.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including market feedback and pipeline status, to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and corporate meetings to represent the company brand.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, canvassing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid SIM A driving license is preferred for travel within the region.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
