- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for mobile phone accessories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and distributors
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and manage sales pipelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics or accessories
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with proven closing ability
- Deep understanding of mobile phone accessories market and industry trends
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently
