You will play a critical role in expanding our market footprint, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients through lead generation, cold calling, and professional networking.
  • Present and demonstrate our website and management software solutions to potential clients effectively.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct professional meetings and presentations with stakeholders to understand their business needs.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing structures to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management to assist in strategic planning.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital agency services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong understanding of web development processes and digital management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
