As a Field Officer, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with corporate clients, contractors, and design professionals to provide tailored flooring solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales management, from initial prospecting and site visits to contract negotiations and long-term account management. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research.
- Conduct site visits and product presentations to demonstrate the value of our flooring solutions to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profit margins.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products for client projects.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or field sales, preferably in construction, interiors, or home improvement industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced field environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to travel within the Pasay City area and surrounding regions for client engagements.
